How to repair sweater bumps from hangers: Dampen the bumpy areas with an ice cube… The ice will make the fibers malleable without soaking the knit. Then press down on the bumps with your fingers so that the fibers fall back into place. Then wear the top for at least 10 min so it molds to your shoulders as it dries.

Weekend Morning Magazine
On the weekends I love to drink coffee and read hand me down magazines (I rarely buy them). I thought I’d start a new post with just ONE thing I learned from my magazine read.
Onions make bones strong!
WHAT… “Woman who eat lots of flavored packed onions have stronger, thicker bones and are less prone to hairline fractures, a Swiss study found. Just a half cup daily could increase your bone density as much as 15% in one month, thanks to the veggie’s rich source of antioxidants that slow damage to bone cells and tissues, while ramping up production of new cells. Eating onions twice a week is shown to lower your risk of several cancers, including ovarian and colorectal.” – Woman’s World Magazine May 4th 2015 issue page 21
