Onions make bones strong!
WHAT… “Woman who eat lots of flavored packed onions have stronger, thicker bones and are less prone to hairline fractures, a Swiss study found. Just a half cup daily could increase your bone density as much as 15% in one month, thanks to the veggie’s rich source of antioxidants that slow damage to bone cells and tissues, while ramping up production of new cells.
